Collect your documents
Fill an envelope with all your bookkeeping docs like sales records, bills, receipts, payroll, cheque stubs, government correspondence and bank and credit card statements.
Drop off or mail
You can drop your files off to us, send them by snail mail, fax or email. Whatever is easiest!
We do your bookkeeping
We reconcile your accounts, categorize your transactions, and prepare your financial statements. While we’re working on your books, we may need to ask for your help to properly categorize a transaction. We’ll send you a message with a few categorization options to pick from, and then you can let us know where it belongs.We will also make any necessary adjustments to your books to ensure that they are accurate and tax-compliant.
